Hi Everyone!
I have been busy this summer researching effective educational strategies that promote good teaching and writing about them. My newest eBook was finished and published this week. My inspiration for this eBook was based on a teacher's workshop I took through LAUSD last week. The workshop, "Writing in Science" was engaging and thought provoking. As teachers, one of the valuable lessons we took away from this was that our purpose as educators is to teach our students how to think. In order to do this, we need to give them the opportunity and the time to acquire and develop thinking skills
within the curriculum. I thought this topic was definitely worth exploring and thinking about and would hit home with many of my collegues.
